address, FINALLY!

i sent out an email to a bunch of people with my address but if i missed you and you want it hit me up on fb or send me an email! to anyone who is interested in sending me anything, ive been hanging up letters ive received so far and id like to keep that up - so feel free to send a letter or post card! i would really appreciate it! also if anyone is interested in sending me a care package here is a sample list of things ive thought up that ive either craved or badly desired lol also disclaimer: absolutely no pressure to send me anything!

also here are some funny lost in translation moments from the summer:

• my tutor was going over a lesson on medicine and he wanted me to translate the sentence "people in developing countries typically use herbal medicine" and i translated that "people in developing countries use stupid medicine", he was really offended but it was totally by accident!
• people in my village kept telling me that "jeff" was here this summer and i was like okay? i have no idea who jeff is. so finally i asked the peace corps if there was another volunteer around named jeff and they were like umm no that translates to drought, so apparently theres a drought here this summer not a guy named jeff
• people in my village cant remember kristin, but they call me christina - you know thats close enough to my name right? so i didnt care for a while but then someone told me that "tina" is a slang word for vagina, and the guy who i replaced is named chris but people called him by his moroccan name "Driss" - recently found out my nickname is "driss-tina" like chris with a vag....ive asked people to start calling me by my new moroccan name kerima lol
